If you’re on mobile data, try turning on your device’s hotspot and connecting your computer to that when you use capcut in pc.
If you’re still seeing the “no internet connection” error message, the next thing to do is make sure that you have the latest version of Capcut installed.
To do this, open the app store on your device and search for “Capcut.” If there’s an update available, install it and then try editing your video again.
Restart your device
If you’re still having trouble, try restarting your phone or tablet.
Sometimes all it takes is a fresh start to get things working again. Once your device has restarted, open Capcut and see if the problem has been fixed.
Delete and reinstall Capcut
